We attended the NSW OTA Conference on the 28-29th of May and were delighted to be asked to sponsor the prize for the delegate. The winner, Robert Lloyd, was drawn at lunchtime on Saturday.
Robert was excited to be chosen as the only male nurse at the conference and said going to use the $750.00 cheque to further his education by completing is Master Degree in Aesthetics.
EcoAid enjoyed meeting lots of delegates who attended the conference and most were keen to know more about our biodegradable, compostable and recycling products for hospital supplies. As part of our media campaign we managed with your assistance to share the hastag #noplasticota over 100 times and so we will be donating $150 to the Greening Australia Organisation to plant more trees.
We are excited to support nurses in their endeavours to continually improve their knowledge and are always willing to show our support.
