JOIN OUR TEAM: Sales Representative


We are looking for Sales Representatives to service three states: NSW, Queensland and Victoria. You will manage and grow existing territory accounts and build on strategic relationships with healthcare organisations, such as public and private hospitals, medical centres and pathology services. 


The Role:

  • Being a proactive member of a team with responsibilities for fulfilment and growth of sales targets and securing new business

  • Utilising your clinical knowledge, and sales and account management experience to make a difference in people’s lives and the environment through EcoAid’s highly-respected product range and mission


Your day-to-day functions will be to implement account strategies across your territory to increase product sales and market share. You will actively drive clinical evaluations and product trials and provide outstanding customer service and relationship building through nurse and clinician education.

You will be supported to become a ‘trusted advisor’ to your customers and develop strong relationships with clinical bodies in the territory, especially in Anaesthesia, Wards, ICU, ER, ED and Operating Theatres.



  • Reporting to the Sales Manager 

  • Growing sales of your portfolio within your hospital and other accounts 

  • Analysing and interpreting sales data to identify growth opportunities

  • Engaging with product teams and end-users to ensure confidence in the products

  • Maintaining an agreed call cycle, attending clinical meetings, developing new relationships with medical and procurement staff

  • Managing demonstrations and supporting clinical-use cases 


Role Requirements: 

  • A proven track record in sales; ideally in medical devices or supplies; medical industry experience is highly regarded

  • Strong communication skills and commercial acumen

  • Excellent relationship-building skills including with team members

  • Proficiency in office computer operations and CRM systems, an aptitude for learning

  • Ability to manage your own time and priorities and to work under pressure

  • A passion for success and the ability to share the ‘big-picture’ of environmental stewardship through eco-friendly products
